To resolve glitches and bugs that might occur as a result of IOS updates…. Please let me know via email if these occur and we will seek resolution ASAP.
As you will know having downloaded the app the data is stored on your phone so you have full access tot he content without in app purchases or subscriptions – it is all yours to explore once purchased. I aim to add more content to the app as time goes on and to the app users exclusive web page including offers from partners and supporters.

Data and Privacy
Your data is stored on your phone, so only you have full access to your data – this also reduces the carbon that would be required for server storage.
If you are part of a study / research project or working directly with a blue health coach and choose to share your data, your stats are anonymised, since there is no “sign in” function within this app, so they will simply link to the study / project reference that you have offered within your blue time logs (a reference that you will have been given as part of the study). The “share data” option is located within the blue insights area of this app. You will likely have been given a project code and if so your data will be used only for the project associated with the code.

This app actively encourages you to engage with water – YOU are responsible for your own health and safety, and Going Coastal Blue do not accept liability in this regard. If you are spending time in wild water – please seek advice and follow widely available safety guidance from organisations such as RNLI.
