Is it only for Coaches who work predominantly with marine based businesses perhaps?
The answer is No… Just because my passion lies with marine conservation and a large proportion of the businesses I work with are Ocean related ones, does not mean that yours will be. YOU will of course have a passion for Blue Space – otherwise you wouldn’t be looking at this course.
I am an ICF professional Executive Coach and Coach Trainer and as such it is important to me that your Coaching has credibility – and for this reason, this program is the only ICF Globally recognised Professional Coach Training Program that puts WATER at the centre of it.
Of course those who gravitate towards Blue Health Coaching generally have a love of the water, but the principles and “way of Coaching” you will develop through this course translates into all kinds of Coaching contexts.
Unsurprisingly we promote working outdoors and in more “analogue“, “awe inspiring” and “nature rich” locations, but as Blue Health Coaches we deeply embody biophillic principles and bring an acute awareness of each individual’s instinctive relationship with nature into any and every Coaching conversation.
We understand and pay attention to nuance and this course enables Blue Health Coaches to really awaken to the impact that nature connectedness has upon decision making (particularly inviting the power of Blue Spaces).

Knowing and Doing are really different things – we can read books on environmental psychology… and yet elegantly applying this “information” takes practice and skill. It is in the domain of embodying this wisdom that the four day Blue Health Coach training program will truly transform your practice and encourage a deeper level of questioning regarding the ripple effect of all actions.
This is not simply about changing your Coaching location – because let’s face it anyone can do that… and it is not only about sharing some of the cool neuro-science of blue space – which is interesting of course.
The wave hits the shore with a “so what”, and “now what”…. and my aim is for all Blue Health Coaches to be exceptional at what we do.
Working “with” Blue Space takes skilling.
The ability to be fully present and facilitate the deepest form in inquiry.. knowing how to navigate time, space and energy.
The development of a way of seeing the world, which gives rise to an emergent form of questioning… one which leads to philosophical and existential debate… and (importantly) profound insights.
For Blue Health Coaches, the natural spaces we work within are more than a backdrop to a conversation, they are a part of the process and this is often the difference that makes the difference.
This course is a GO DEEP or GO HOME type program, we are here to have the real conversations, the ones that matter… the ones that will allow us to connect with ourselves, each other and our environment and to bring our very best Coaching into the world.
